1975 年開業的Pancakes on the Rocks，最出名的是各式賣相精緻的班戟(Pancakes)和肋排 (Ribs)。

Pancakes on the Rocks 在雪梨總共有六家店，總店在The Rocks(岩石區)，這一間是在Darling Harbour。

PORK RIBS AUD$25.95 grilled in your choice of marinade, barbeque, teriyaki or honey soya. Served with golden potato wedges and mixed lettuce.

TANDOORI CHICKEN AUD$17.95 Tender pieces of chicken breast marinated tandoori style. With spanish onions, cashew nuts and mozzarella cheese, topped with mango chutney, minted yoghurt and more cashew nuts.

BLUEBERRY HEAVEN AUD$10.95 Buttermilk pancakes with blueberries in sauce served with cream and vanilla ice cream. A traditional favourite.
